It started when a young creative told me she'd never met a female creative director and genuinely thought we were mythical creatures — like unicorns. That moment sparked what became Project Unicorn, a movement that’s grown over the past 15 years and has helped professionals clarify their voice, grow their influence, and build trust-based brands and digital ecosystems. Today, it’s become a mentorship-driven initiative for helping shape the brand called “YOU.”
